We build twelve months of
the year. Our homes are always available.

Form the 1st to the 10th day
after you remove all of the conditions.
It’s going to be a busy time for
you, but that is one of the joys of buying
new – it truly is yours, you make
the choices and you reap the benefits.

When should
I inspect the home?
We suggest that you inspect
your home at least once before closing.
But you can come and see the building’s
progression every day if you would like
to. You can also have an inspector come
to the home at any time.
Where
should I buy a home?
You need to take a close look
at your family and decide what the best
area will be to suit your individual
needs. Every family is different. You
may have no children and want to live
in a more adult oriented community – or
you may have a bunch of kids that need
lots of kids around. Do your research – decide
what is the best area for you to build,
what layout you want and get started!
Can
I use my own lot?
There are some legal implications
attached to this question. But in short
the answer is yes, as long as we both
consult with lawyers before agreeing
to any arrangements.

How
long will you come back after I have moved in
to rectify any problems?
Karim Homes offers a private
one year warranty. To further insure
the quality of your home, The Ontario
New Home Warranty Program is required
to license all new home builders in Ontario.
Karim Homes has an “Excellence” rating
with onhwp – the best rating available.
ONHWP’s function is to be help
you resolve issues with your builder
and hold the builder accountable for
any workmanship issues for up to 7 years
from your date of purchase.
I
have signed a buyer’s agreement with my
real estate broker. Can I buy a Karim Home?
Of course you can. We have a “broker
protected” policy. If you haven’t
signed a buyer’s agreement, and you feel
comfortable completing the deal without a realtor,
that option is available too.
Will
I need a lawyer?
Definitely it’s the first thing
you should do – we suggest that you have
a lawyer with you every step of the way. |
